Rick's Simpson Avenue Saloon has been a fixture on 2402 Simpson Ave since the day we opened our doors. We're not trying to be anything we're not — just a straightforward café and bar for people who want a proper meal, a well-made drink, and a seat where they're known by name.
We source what we can locally, pour what we know how to pour well, and keep the lights on late enough on weekends for the regulars who like to stay and talk. That's the idea, anyway.
